From LA with love, homies!!!

Its finally the weekends again, i finally get to enjoy it all to myself... hahahah... it been a pretty rigid week. 6am to 12am routine, 12 hours shift, the lack of sleep, the fatigue from work. i need to detox. LOL

yea, so im planning to cut my hair, wash my car, and do my laundry. being the master procastinator that i am, being able to do one of the above will be a big feat for me today. lol its kool though, im doing my laundry fer sure today, im doing it with my new roomate, cybelle.

I felt pretty down in the beginning of the week. I mean, it's been quite a while since i've been in LA without my two 'big brothers". Almost 3 years ive been here, only once i had to be in LA all alone without their supervision. It's retarded. I felt lost when they left. Felt like something missing, like i lost one of my limbs kinda. I know, im being dramatic, they're just gonna be gone for a week. but that's just how i feel. LOL

I managed to occupy myself with work. it's been a fortnight since i started busting this 60 hours a week shift. 7am - 10pm. Another 2 more weeks to go. Im sure ill be fine, but i can kinda feel myself burning out rite now. How do i do it? Well to quote my beloved homegirl's words, " If you can't beat them danny, join them". LOL so yea, with that in mind i manage to just make the best of whatever i have at the office and i survived. thanks sayang...

and then, work went well. i got my focus back. my team needs a savior so i think i have what it has to bring the team up again. i've been chillin with kool workmates too since i have a 2 hours break. Anya from Student Lending, Artin from Mass, people in the team, George and Kawika from Sales, Danny from Fraud and even the white guy from security!!! yes, i made many friends at work...hahahah....owh and yes abg lee, gloria came back too, and i need to talk to you bout dat too when you come home...LOL

It also helps, to have a cool new roomate who never fails to offer me a bottle of beer when i come home (around 10.30pm everyday) although the knows that ill say no every time (same answer, everyday, "Nah dude, i gotta wake up at 6am tomorrow, gotta work man") But i guess the thought that counts, it kinda makes me feel "welcomed" when i come home. A friend to chill with, to talk to in real life about work, politics and foreign policies. (she's been here for barely a week and she already cooked for me twice!!!) its good to have a chick in the house we agreed, brings balance to house...LOL...

I guess despite the sadness of not having most of the peeps around is not that bad after all. i've become more social at work, get to hang out with abe and yasin more, with my housemates too, i got more chores done, wic is tight. i learnt a lot about other cultures!!! irish (from james, my housemate), italian (Cybelle) and armenian (my workmates artin and george).

i know, its a pretty lame blog to post, but i thought u guys might wanna know how im coping with life here without the peeps. hahahaah...

A shout out to d homies out there on the trip, cherish the time you guys have over there its gonna be a while before you guys can chill with abg lee again. Take lotsa pictures, have lotsa fun and update this fucking blog!!! I wanna know wht u guys doin over there you lil fucks!!! Remember im there with u guys in spirit!!! (i quote that from Nat Pang) LOL

I guess I do experience something cool and different too from this trip u guys bust. It's part of the learning curve 'innit brothers??? Send my love to Tania, and tell her how much i miss her please. =) So right here from LA with love, peace out.

the other day, our homegirl from NY came to LA for a visit. yes, its ms tania. yes, sorry tania, we did pick u up late, i mean u cant blame us, we dont hv a "cikgu discipline" to regulate us. lol.

it was a really chilled visit if i had to describe it in short. there's always "drama" or "unexpected things" happens when tania comes to town. this time tania met azman, who turns out to be her childhood friend, and they get along really well...which is gud...and there are also rumours that they used to be couples...wic i find very very disgusting...dont know why, the whole idea just gives me goosebumps... ahahahah...

we hung out in irvine, at azman a very nice pad...we just chilled, hung out, catch up on old times, that was where the homie showed me some "tough love" where azman, diffan and tania were acting like my discipline teacher... lol

the next day, tania woke all of us up in a manner that can be compared to a old skool skolah rendah headmistress. but yea, she managed to wake us up pretty early, although she still lose her bet with azman though. we then went to hermosa and chilled by the beach and cycled from her hermosa to redondo. it was a nice day, the sun was perfect, the breeze was relaxing, the day, to say in short, was "happy", just like each and every one of us. except for tania of course, well she was happy but not as happy as were are...i mean...cuz we have tania!!! make sense??? LOL

we chilled at redondo, had lunch/tea/dinner. again we did wht msians do best, makan sambil lepak sambil borak kosong sambil camwhore-ing, coolest part is, we were doing it on/by our bicycles. mcm cita-cita nak jadik rempit masa kecik-kecik dulu tercapai lak...

i also found a new obsession from this trip. the nikon SLR...tania's camera...i've heard and read about it before, but never knew that i can do amazing things!!! i was hogging her camera and i kinda become the cameramen for the beach trip...until i got lazy of course...lol

but yea, the "tania visit" was brief but memorable and fun!!! its good to see you again tania and i must admit, we always have a gud time when ur around. and yes, ill keep it in mind, "dont destroy the dynamic of the group"...lesson learnt homies, lesson learnt. but yea...i actually gtg...umar, nik and leeana are bustin a trip to boston and NY. i guess they'll be seeing tania again there. abe and i are gna send them to the airport. so expect inputs from them as well...so yea till nxt time...peace out

After so many week of planning, arguing and procastinating we finally did it!!! heheh...last last jadik gak blog utk LA crew nih... LOL

it was Leeana who came up with the idea of the blog, she was like "since we always do fun stuff rite here, y dont we create a blog, so the homie back home can follow wht we're doin???". and that was the most brilliant idea that she had come up with the whole time she's in LA (not that she came up with many gud ones LOL).

i thought about it. yasin, abg lee and ida pun dah nak balik. umar gave me a green light, he suggested that everyone gets d password so everyone can input stuff to it, shameer pun bunyi cam keperitan jer kat KL tuh sampai tgk video dulu2 lg, dan ada gak bende milen boleh tgk masa stress study. Ely yg kat Miri, Tania in NY, Dilla in Davis and Jamil, i dont even know how he is doing now... dont u guys think that it'll be a fun blog??? and im sure azman and abe are down about it too...

that basically d whole idea of it...gtg hit d sack now...d boys are goin fishing tomorrow, kononnya nak keluar at 7am la kan... *wink* we'll see though... since it's all boys, so proly no gambar la kot... but ill input something tomorrow... knowing these guys, mesti ada stories punya... LOL
